Information

Oral Presentations
The following is a guideline for talk and discussion time:
• Invited Talk (45min): 40min (talk) + 5min (discussion)
• Contributed Talk (30min): 25min (talk) + 5min (discussion)
As far as the speakers do not mind, we would like an informal style to let the audiences to ask questions during the talks (especially for invited talks).

Please bring your laptop for your presentation.

Poster Presentations
A0 poster [180cm (height) x 90cm (width)] is acceptable.
We will organize a short oral presentation time (1~2min for each) for poster presenters at the poster presentation sessions (16:40-17:40) on March 5.
If you would like to advertise your poster, please prepare a short talk.
Please use your laptop for the talk.

Internet Access
Internet connection will be available at the workshop room.
In case you need to access the internet, please consult the LOC.

Banquet
The banquet will start around 6:30pm at a restaurant 'Wan' on March 5.
Here is some information for the banquet (PDF file) (which will be available in your conference bag). LOC will take you from Tokyo Tech. to the restaurant.

Lunch and Dinner
There are cafeterias and shops (for foods and drinks) in the university campus, as well as restaurants and convenience stores near the university. For participants from abroad, we recommend you to go for lunch and dinner together with Japanese participants since there are not so many restaurants with English menu around the university. LOC will also take you to lunch and dinner during the workshop.
