It aims to develop<br>new fields of growth in natural sciences for further advancement of astronomy by leveraging<br>strategies. We invite applications for a project research staff (postdoc) who will conduct<br>researches such as galactic astronomy, star formation, Zeeman observations, astrochemistry, or<br>related topics, mainly with Dr. Fumitaka Nakamura, Dr. Ryohei Kawabe, Dr. Kotomi Taniguchi at<br>Division of Science. A successful candidate is expected to work on installation and commissioning<br>observations of a new 30-50GHz radio receiver (eQ receiver) which will be installed on the NRO<br>45-m telescope, fostering collaborative research projects on mm-cm wavelength astronomy<br>especially among East Asia.<\/li><li>Term of Appointment:<br>(1) The successful candidate is expected to start the job as early as possible after the job offer<br>has been accepted.<br>(2) The term of employment will be until August 31, 2023, including the probation period of six<br>months. Annual performance review will be conducted.
