The paper was also selected as a &#8220;Featured in Physics&#8221; Viewpoint by the journal. The links to the paper and the Featured in Physics article are provided below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1103\/fksy-1jtw\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1103\/fksy-1jtw<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/physics.aps.org\/articles\/v19\/66\">https:\/\/physics.aps.org\/articles\/v19\/66<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study presents the first detailed investigation of how neutrino oscillations, particularly fast flavor conversions, affect core-collapse supernova explosions using multi-dimensional supernova simulations on the supercomputer Fugaku. We find that neutrino oscillations enhance explosions in lighter stars, while they suppress them in heavier ones.
